Joel Steverson is a writer, playtester, and demo team member for Catalyst Game Labs. His work appears in TechManual and Strategic Operations. He is the author of the new BattleForce system, alternatively called TWBF, BF3, and SOBF; for simplicity TWBF is perferred. He's rather slow at replying to posts in the forums at classicbattletech.com but does try to answer any and all reasonable questions. You can also PM him.
