Dr. Piscalla was eventually assassinated at a corporate resort on La Blon in 2690. Although no evidence was ever uncovered at the time, many believe the assassination was funded by LexaTech Industries, as they were in direct competition with their STG-A5 Stinger LAM.[citation needed]
