General
The only purpose of this facility is to provide excellet education to all of its students. Many consider a degree from Kilbourne lesser worth that one of a primar academy like the Sakhara Academy. At the moment the DMI has a watchful eye about the developments at the campus.[1]
Atmosphere
The rivlry to get a place at the academy is fierce among the potential applicants. The ongoing monitoring through the DMI seed fears for false accution or became victims for crimes that they had never done.[1]
Special Notes
The academy is the only place for higher learning in this region and to gain entrance is a previlege. Most students get financial support in form of a scholarship, but in exchange for this must serve for at least 60 month in the AFFC.[1]
