Lou Hogan was the commanding officer of the Sirdar PDZ of the Taygeta Operational Area as of 3085.[1]

General Hogan, serving under Marshal Jing-Quo Lucifer , was the executive officer of the Sirdar PDZ in 3067.[2] After the Jihad, now-Marshal Hogan commanded the Sirdar PDZ by 3085.[1]
