Maxwell V. Devon was an officer with the Capellan Confederation Armed Forces.
History
In 2998, mercenaries in the employ of the Federated Suns raided Gallitzin. One of the casualties of the raid was Maxwells wife.[1]
Devon's Armored Infantry was formed in 3005 by Maxwell following the death of his wife. Composed mostly of former Davion mercenaries, the regiment in general and Colonel Devon in particular possesses a deep-seated animosity for House Davion.[1]
