Melford Dennis was the commanding officer of the Robinson Operational Area's Raman PDZ as of 3050.[1]

Marshal Dennis, serving under Marshal Eugene Drivers, was executive officer of the Raman PDZ in 3025. Simultaneously, Dennis was commanding officer of the First Chisholm's Raiders and was stationed on Royal.[2]. Dennis was promoted to command of the Federated Commonwealth's Raman PDZ in the Draconis March by 3050.[1]
