Governor Minerva Hayne was the Planetary Governor of Summer, for the Republic of the Sphere, from at least 3130 to 3134.[1][2][3]
History[edit]
Summer was invaded in July 3134 by Clan Jade Falcon forces under Aleksandr Hazen during their Desant. Following an unsuccessful defense of the world by Legate Carlos Adler, Governor Hayne accepted the surrender terms offered by Aleksandr Hazen.[3]
