Neil Gibson is a bold pilot that drives his 'Mech as if it were a much larger machine. He has taken up the habit of referring to Stacy Church only in the third person in imitation of original Black Widow Company member Colin MacLaren.[1]

The date tattooed on his shoulder above the Dragoons insignia -- October 18, 3067 -- is the day Jaime Wolf died in the Blakist-sponsored invasion of Outreach.
