Nicholas Fenlon was a Federated Suns noble.[1]
History[edit]
After the death of her husband Charles Fenlon, the Duke of Chesterton, in 3011, Duchess Olivia Fenlon would pass some of her ducal powers to Nicholas Fenlon, Charles' brother. Nicholas would not gain a title, but would have the authority to handle planetary affairs on Chesterton while Olivia remained on New Avalon.[1]
