Nobel DeLaurel was a Galaxy Commander of Clan Hell's Horses Alpha Galaxy in the lead-up to REVIVAL.
History
The Galaxy Commander personally nominated Star Colonel James Cobb of the 11th Mechanized Cavalry to represent the Hell's Horses in the Placement Trials of Operation REVIVAL. This was despite the well known Warden leanings of the Cluster clashing with that of the Galaxy Commander.[1]
