History
Oliver Haarhar had served two terms in the AFFC, earning the Silver Sunburst in the War of 3039 before resigning to rejoin the unit, then under the command of his father.
He took command after his father's retirement and kept it between 3059 and 3070.[1]
While the unit has the utmost respect for Haarhar, unlike many of his troops the Colonel feels Grim Determination failed the Federated Commonwealth on Sarna in 3057 rather than the reverse. [1]
He died as most of his unit in 3070, after the treacherous actions of the Word of Blake.[2]
