By the Jihad the Faithful appeared to be a Word of Blake backed Pirate band which is tasked to assault nearby planets. (Rim Commonality of the FWL, Marian Hegemony and Magistracy of Canopus.

4 March 3069: The unit assaulted Tematagi via a pirate jumppoint and destroyed in a two week-long battle the Nimakachi factories, after they destroyed the 3rd Battalion of the Eighth Orloff Grenadiers. The pirates left npthing but ruins.

22 April 3076: The MAF highcommand give orders to the First Canopian Light Horse to assaulted the faiful's home world on Astrokaszy. Their mission was to search and destroy the base of the pirate band. One regiment: the Sword of the Faithful Hussars were destroyed through local resistance and the MAF forces. The Light horse give some of the battlefield salvage to the rebels. The location of the other unit from the pirates is unknown.
