Organization Description
A Word of Blake created Pirate band using nomads of Astrokaszy as its members.
History
Formation
The pirate band was formed by Astrokaszy Warlord Sir Obbaka Rashier and Word of Blake agent Hadai Tol. The pirate band was formed with help of the Word of Blake, by planting supplies, BattleMech and other equipment for band's leaders to "discover". This was part of the Word's "Camelot gambit", which would be used to rise tensions with targeting worlds the Blake wished to have attacked. The blakists had "seers" and other phony methods of agents lead nomads to the equipment which was stocked for them. This kept natives ignorate of origins of equipment and unseen masters.[1]
Jihad
Prior to the Jihad the Faithful appeared to be a Word of Blake backed Pirate band which is tasked to assault nearby planets. (Rim Commonality of the FWL, Marian Hegemony and Magistracy of Canopus.
- 4 March 3069: The unit assaulted Tematagi via a pirate jump point and defeated the 3rd Battalion of the Eighth Orloff Grenadiers, then proceeding to obliterate Nimakachi Fusion Products Limited's BattleMech factories before finally withdrawing two weeks later. [2]
- 22 April 3076: The MAF High Command give orders to the First Canopian Light Horse to assaulted the Faithful's home world on Astrokaszy. Their mission was to search and destroy the base of the pirate band. One regiment named the Sword of the Faithful Hussars were destroyed through combined efforts of Astrokaszy based resistance and the MAF forces. The Light Horse give some of the battlefield salvage to the rebels. The whereabouts of the other unit from the pirates was unknown.

As of 3067, the pirate band's leader was Srin Obbaka Rashler.[3]
