Palmer Yoshio was a Chu-sa in the DCMS. In 3062 he was the commander of Third Battalion, Eleventh Alshain Avengers.[1]
Personal History
It is not confirmed that Yoshio perished with the rest of the Eleventh, but as Sigma and Omega Galaxies "exterminated" the unit it is almost certain.[2]

Palmer piloted a Bishamon in 3062, at the beginning of Combine-Ghost Bear War.[1]
