Major General Pankaj Bevens was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's Thirty-eighth Mechanized Infantry Division as of 2764.[1]

Leading an assault unit, assigned to an area of operations with nothing to assault, Bevens biggest task was dealing with his troops frustration over a lack of action. These had boiled over into barroom brawls with Draconis Combine locals, leaving Major General Bevens to deal with the political fallout.[1]
