General Panos Fujikawa was the commanding general of the multi-regiment mercenary unit, the Illician Lancers, during the War of 3039. Commanding the brigade's Fifty-ninth Strike Regiment, he successfully attacked and destroyed the Sixth McCarron's Armored Cavalry regiment on that brigade's homeworld of Menke.[1]
