Philip Valenzuela was a Draconis Combine translator of ancient Spanish-language works, at the School of Cultural Investigation on Al Na'ir around 3025, whose translations included works of twentieth-century Latin American authors such as Gabriel García Márquez, Jorge Luis Borges and Pablo Neruda.[1][2]
