Overview
Ramsey is a surface garrison within the Deep Periphery, near St. Jean and Santiago. During Operation Revival, Ramsey was operated by Clan Steel Viper. The Ramsey facility is located 6 days from the Jump Point, orbiting a type G8V star, which leads to ships taking 198 hours to recharge in the system.[1]
By 3095 the Ramsey facility had been destroyed.[2]
