On 11 October 3028, the Seventh Crucis Lancers attempted to coordinate a joint attack on the industrial district of Tikonov's capital city Tikograd with the Sixth and Eighth Crucis Lancers. Unfortunately, the other Lancers units launched their part of the assault two hours ahead of schedule and the forewarned defenders badly scattered the Seventh Lancers’ orbital drop. Only Captain Sellers' Bravo Company managed to land within the grounds of the massive Earthwerks facility, which happened to be right in the middle of the First Company of Hamilton's Highlanders.
