Roweena Kurita was the younger sister of Yoguchi Kurita.
People's Reconstruction Effort
Roweena was appointed head of the PRE in 2841 by her brother, aiding the ISF in many ways. This was beneficial for both organizations, giving the PRE way to efficiently go about their efforts, and the ISF another source of information on government actions. [1]
