Rupert Strom was an infantryman in the Twentieth Rasalhague Regulars during the Ronin War.[1]
History[edit]
Heishi Strom and the rest of the Twentieth Rasalhague Regulars became Ronin following the founding of the Free Rasalhague Republic in March 3034. When unit commander Tai-sho Rupert Samsonov ordered Memmingen's planetary parliament closed, Strom and his squad of infantry accompanied their commanding officer. When Samsonov had three protesting senators killed on the spot, Strom was one of the three men chosen to replace the slain politicos and quickly moved to nominate Samsonov as Valdherre of the planet. This nomination was seconded by Heishi Brent Miyako and the rest of the parliamentary body, having seen the price of disobedience, unanimously elected the rogue officer as planetary leader.[1]
