In 3067, Tharkard was sacked by Word of Blake Militia forces after long Lost Lyran Battlecruiser, Invicible appeared in skys above and fire capital weapon as threat to re-convein the Whitter Accord of the 2nd Star League. After capturing the planet, Semi's corporate leaders pledged loyality to the Blakist occupier. However, in secret they were hiding many of LAAF resistence fighters in their complex.
In 3070, secret was found out by WoB leaders on planet, they sent the 37th Division and 40th Shadow Division to squash the resistence. After encircling Semi Data's shipyards and pinned down Lyran resistence forces. The orbiting Invincible bomdarded the complex, destroying much of the main Lyran resistance forces.
