Seth Miller was the commanding officer of the Ridgebrook Capellan March Militia as of 3062.[1]
History
Leftenant General Miller, serving with the Ridgebrook CMM, was stationed on Ridgebrook in 3062. Like all of the unit's officers, Miller was politically astute and kept the Federated Commonwealth's relationship with the Taurian Concordat at the front of his mind. Although responsibility for developing ties with regional civilian authorities normally falls to the local PDZ commander, Miller's ability and initiative meant that such duties were left to him, meaning he was often away from Ridgebrook and left day-to-day control of the unit to Leftenant General Emeline Jones.[1]
