Tremayne was reputed to be the pilot of the first Mongoose II to see combat after its introduction in 3073, facing the Word of Blake during the recapture of Coventry, helping to defeat a Blakist Hussar.[1]

Tremayne was known to pilot a Mongoose II BattleMech.[1]
