Atmosphere
The high numbers of civil employes make the discipline little less among the cades. The failure in one test can end a career from the beginning. The Demands for graduation are extremly high and students put their learned knowledge against the difficult exam tests. The drill for students is deemed less important.
Special Notes
Every apllicant is a normal cadet without regard which rank he held before entrance at the university.
