The St. Ives Commonality was one of the founding states of the Cappellan Confederation. Following the Fourth Succession War, Candace Liao withdrew the Commonality from the Confederation and formed an independent state: The St. Ives Compact. It was later reconquered by Sun-Tzu Liao and reintgrated into the Confederation.
