Stefan Ukris Amaris (born 2717 – died 2779, aged 62 years) was born in the Periphery and would become ruler of the Rim Worlds Republic. After befriending and masterfully manipulating the young Richard Cameron, he assassinated him and killed off the entire royal Cameron line usurping the throne of the Star League. Afterwards he proclaimed himself emperor and tried to gain the loyalty of general Aleksandr Kerensky, commander of the Star League Defense Force.
