Moratorium

Without verifying facts, I question whether this should be under moratorium. While there is long-term talk of this going to dead-tree print, it seems as if that may be 'vaporware'. The article states the final electronic chapter came out in October 2009. If anyone feels it warrants remaining under moratorium due to the possibility of eventually publishing in the traditional form, I'll back off; otherwise, I recommend lifting the moratorium.--Revanche ^{(talk|contribs)} 19:03, 16 May 2010 (UTC)
