The insult seems much more notable than the novel, so I gave the main article for "Freebirth" to the insult on that basis, following the guidance of [[Policy:Article_Naming#Disambiguation_pages|Policy:Article Naming]]. I'm open to further discussion, of course, but I'm not sure I understand what you suggest doing differently here.
