In-universe, it purports to be an intelligence publication by [[Wolfnet]], updating the previous publications by [[ComStar]]. 

Unlike previous revised editions of older ''TROs'', the ''TRO:3057 Revised'' is not a managed response to the [[Unseen]] issue, but rather an attempt to update all existing aerospace designs to the changed rulesets of [[AeroTech 2]]. It makes the notable attempt to be ''the'' capital ship technical readout, with updated game stats and the adding of over twenty [[WarShip]]s that had only been referenced before.
