Terrence Moffat was a naval officer in the Clan Steel Viper touman during the mid-thirty-first century.
History
By 3067 Terrence Moffat was a Star Commodore and the commanding officer of Clan Steel Viper's Naval Reserve.[1]
During the Wars of Reaving Moffat held command of a joint Steel Viper and Star Adder naval task force dispatched to intercept a large Snow Raven convoy leaving the Clan Homeworlds for the Outworlds Alliance. Anticipating that the Ravens would visit Ghent en route, Moffat led his fleet to that system and jumped in on July 29, 3072, with the Viper elements of his force. Addressing the assembled Raven convoy, Moffat declared a Trial of Possession for the entire Raven fleet, bidding all of his forces - including (unbeknownst to the Ravens) the Adder naval Star that awaited his signal to join in.[2]
