Millions of civilians are doomed to death by radiation poisoning, as are several of the Ghost Bears. Aided by drugs that keep them able to fight but accelerate their deaths, the Walking Dead assault the Blakists, causing immense damage in their dying moments and creating the opportunity for reinforcements to arrive. Almost all of the 43rd's DropShips are destroyed.
