THUGGEE MANEI DOMINI (PHANSIGAR) HYBRIDS
Rumors circled in the chaos march before the jihad but little was known. When the full war erupted the "Hands of the Master" - Manei Domini lead every major invasion and acting as shocktroops. Born from an alliance between Kali Liao (who delivered the human resource) and Cameron St. Jamais (who delivered the cybernetic implants). In contrast to the WoB counterpart the Thuggee are soldiers without fear and fanatical devotion. A very dangerous combination. Most operators are veteran or elite soldiers with unquestioned loyalty to Kali. They can deployed both by Blake Guards and the CCAF also.
Phansigar Overview
The only known existence other than as bodyguard to Kali were the infamous Warrior Houses rakshasa + white tigers. All members were males with same single female Wob members as advisors. The rank system is based on the number of implants. Because the Thugges employ fewer classes the normal Phansigar have more implants.
