Tim Balke was the lead Supervising Technician of the Hauberk U15.[1]
History
The project was complete executed by him while categorizing the salvage left after the expulsion of the Word of Blake from New Avalon. With the wreckage of Hauberk and Infiltrator Mk. II plus the hulks of Blakist Purifier and Demon battle armor. He started to tinker with it, mixing systems together and creating an urban defense power armor suit capable of all but disappear from the battlefield and with the weapons provide a wide array of combat options.
By 3090 he had built four of these suits additional suits, which were tested successfully by a battle armor unit stationed nearby against a Valkyrie and two other Mechs[1]. People started to call his Battle Armor:
