Timothy Elgar was commander of the 17th Arcturan Guards during the late Third Succession War.[1][2]
In 3019, he led the Guards against Wolf's Dragoons on the planet of Lamon. There he was described as a "canny" commander who concealed his troops to surprise the Dragoons' initial landing forces.[1]
