Tomlinson was a native of Trell I.

Overview

He signed up with the fledgling Gray Death Legion unit after his homeworld was liberated from Draconis Combine occupation and became the personal Tech of Grayson Carlyle. He was described as a "homely, carrot-haired boy."[1]

Tomlinson traveled to Verthandi with the Legion in 3025, and survived the DropShip crash landing at Hunter’s Cape.[2] Following the fighting against a Combine expedition sent to secure the site, Grayson Carlyle assigned him to make field repairs to the badly-damaged Rifleman piloted by Davis McCall.[3]

Tomlinson was at the rebel base on Fox Island on the night of the DEST commando raid. He was one of 15 Gray Death Techs listed later as lost, including Chief Tech Karellan.[4]
