History
Waldorff was conquered by Clan Jade Falcon during the third wave of Operation REVIVAL in June 3050. Defending the planet against the invading Second Falcon Jaegers was the planet's only armed force, the Waldorff City Police Department. Despite their meager resources [see Composition History), the police gave a good showing of themselves: four Elementals were killed and an OmniMech was crippled during the fighting, due to the police's intimate knowledge of the city. This allowed them to lead the Clan invaders into prepared ambushes, before escaping through the city's sewer and storm drainage system. Their heroic efforts were all for nothing though, as in the end, most of the police were killed or captured and the central precinct house destroyed by the Jade Falcons.[2]
