Description
The Wheeled Scout is more of a category of vehicle than a particular model of vehicle. They usually have three axles with six wheels. They have a good overland speed and are useful for a wide variety of missions. They usually carry a driver and a gunner. The gunner operates the medium laser using a sighting and firing device mounted in his seat at the rear of the vehicle. [4]
Weapons and Equipment
The Wheeled Scout mounts a single medium laser along with the required heat sinks and power amplifiers to fire it safely. It also has a half ton of cargo space for carrying supplies, an additional crew for long range patrols, or different equipment.[5]

- This variant fits a Recon Camera into the cargo space of the Wheeled Scout. BV (2.0) = 291[6]
- Wheeled Scout (Sensor)
- Several Wheeled Scouts replace the cargo bay with a Remote Sensor Dispenser. BV (2.0) = 291[6]
