Wheels of Fire was a vehicular criminal gang, based on streets of Tybalt's capital MacBeth, during the Dark Age Era.[1]
History[edit]
Lead by "Mad" Mathius Cutter, the Wheels of Fire comprised a number of young men and women who were self-trained experts in small arms, and daredevil drivers with a reckless disregard for even their own safety. After terrorizing the streets and urban battlegrounds of MacBeth prior to the Blackout, they were recruited by Bannson's Raiders, and converted into a Scout ATV Squad for the Wyld's Jokers.
Subsequently called Cutter's Killer Clowns, they continued to cause trouble both on and off duty, while fighting under Jacob Bannson's employ.[1]
