History[edit]
Yarin was picked alongside five others to train to be MechWarriors, under the command of Lieutenant Grayson Carlyle.[2] In Grayson's mind, Yarin showed "an intuitive sense of balance and motion that might produce a MechWarrior- in about ten years."[2]
Despite his inexperience, he showed his courage going into battle with the Trellwan Lancers, against the Combine forces. [3]
BattleMechs[edit]
Yarin would be assigned the Stinger the Lancers possessed.[3] The mech would then be salvaged by the Gray Death Legion forces and taken with them to Galatea. This may have been the mech assigned to Hassan Ali Khaled.
