Alan Noppadoi was, as of 3067, a Subaltern-ranked Taurian Concordat intelligence/security officer.[1]
History[edit]
By 3067, Alan, seeking a promotion, was in contact with an anonymous source - a Word of Blake True Believers affiliate - who supplied him with information on Toyamas-tied Blakist agents in the Concordat. He hunted down these spies, sending each captured agent to be reconditioned to believe they worked for the Federated Commonwealth. These reconditioned spies would them be inserted into Capellan Confederation territory, and to encourage Protector Grover Shraplen's worries, Alan would report having caught a Federated Commonwealth spy.[1]
Alan was known to his superiors as a supporter of Marshal Cham Kithrong, and was distrusted by Protector Shraplen. As of 3067, there was no interest in promoting him above squad leader.[1]
