Archibald Jessie was the commanding officer of the Twenty-ninth Donegal Combat Auxiliary of the Thirteenth Donegal Guards as of 3062.[1]

Colonel Jessie, serving with the Thirteenth Donegal Guards, was stationed on Meacham in 3062.[1] After the Federated Commonwealth Civil War, Jessie remained with the Thirteenth Donegal and was stationed on Dalkeith by 3067.[2]
