Star Colonel Bob Vewas was the commander of Clan Hell's Horses's Ninth Horde Cluster, and Bloodnamed warrior of the Vewas Bloodhouse, as of 3145.[1]

Vewas, with the Ninth Horde Cluster, was based on Thannhausen as of 3145.[1] One of his warriors in the Ninth Horde, a Star Captain Priam, during this time took every opportunity to raid the Rasalhague Dominion world of Karston and annoy its defenders the Second Tyr. Motivated by the Ninth Horde having to concede Karston to the Second Tyr in 3137, Priam conducted relatively non-deadly Trials against the Second Tyr, including a armor race in his relatively new Eurus MBT.
Despite winning this race, Priam was reprimanded by Star Colonel Bob Vewas, for giving Clan Ghost Bear a free demonstration of the Eurus’ capabilities.[2]
