Caroline Davis was the commanding officer of the Tenth Alliance Guards Light Armor Regiment of the Fifth Alliance Guards as of 3062.[1]

Colonel Davis, serving with the Fifth Alliance Guards, was stationed on Ft. Loudon in 3062. Davis was a native Lyran who served the Twenty-sixth Lyran Guards with distinction in actions on Kobe and Thun. Davis, unlike her twin brother and commander of the Koniz PTM Konrad, was a staunch supporter of Archon Katherine Steiner-Davion. This caused a major rift between the siblings, with each denouncing the other as a traitor to the Alliance.[1]
