Darcy Gables ran a sort of organized crime organization in Dunstan Province of Mankova for a decade, around 3061 and 3070.

History

During that time his organization squeezed farmers and agribusinesses for protection money and the like. In November of 3070 a group of ranchers got together and decided they needed to do something about it. First they sent a representative to Gables' organization in Farwell City and asked him to leave. When Gables killed the representative and burned his ranch and threatened the other ranchers, the rancers counterattacked. About fifty of those got together, stormed his headquarters, and killed anyone who stood against them. Four ranchers were killed, and nineteen wounded.
