David Wijkman was the executive officer of the Second Marik Militia as of 3059. [1]

Force Commander Wijkman, serving with the Second Marik Militia, was stationed on Hassad in 3059 after transferring to the unit from the First Fusiliers of Oriente in 3056.[1] Force Commander Wijkman was a skilled tactician and pilot, thus putting him in charge of the Second Marik's long-running military exercise program.[1]
