Dennis Malloy was the commanding officer of the Second Ceti Hussars' Combat Command Alpha as of 3067.[1]

Leftenant General Malloy, serving with the Second Ceti Hussars' Combat Command Alpha under Hauptmann General Sebastian Jones, was stationed on Frazer in 3062.[2] After the Federated Commonwealth Civil War, Malloy was promoted to major general and relocated to the Pleiades Cluster by 3067.[1]
