Chairman Dieper Denby was an officer and MechWarrior in the Alliance Military Corps during the thirty-first century.[1]

By 3025 Dieper Denby had reached the rank of Chairman, and was serving as the Commanding Officer of the Second Battalion of the Alliance Borderers, one of only three BattleMech regiments in service with the Alliance Mercenary Corps at that point in time.[1]
