Coone attended a press conference held by Marcel Webb on Kittery on 30 April 3078, at which he announced Stone's Coalition had captured and planned to prosecute pro-Word of Blake figure Giovanni Estrella de la Sangre. During the Press Conference, Coone asked Webb if the proposed trials would be civilian or military.[1]
