Major General Farzad Ahmad was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's XXXV Corps from 2762 to at least 2764.[1]
History[edit]
A native of the Capellan Confederation world of Hassad, Ahmad joined the SLDF during a recruitment drive, after witnessing a demonstration show by the 500th BattleMech Brigade. Attending the War Academy of Mars, Ahmad was subsequently assigned to combat commands within Second Army and Eighteenth Army, before taking charge of the 326th BattleMech Division.
Being promoted away from the 326th BattleMech Division in 2762, Ahmad rose to lead XXXV Corps, where he immediately instituted a repositioning of his various Divisions. This caused some grumbling amongst XXXV Corps's troops, as many units had previously garrisoned the same worlds for decades.[1]
